Thaw the chicken to bring to room temperature. Do not microwave.
Saute over pan for few minutes in Oil or Butter. Flip the chicken & vegetables after couple of minutes for even cooking. Total Cooking Time: 5 to 6 mins.
Add little crushed black pepper if you prefer peppery flavor (optional).
